  Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Amount

Cancellation is done from 20 days or more before departure - 30% of package cost

Cancellation is done between 19 to 10 days of departure - 50% of package cost

Cancellation is done 9 days or less prior to departure - 80% of package cost

Booking Policy

Payment to be collected

Initial Amount - 5000/- Per Person 

bookings are done between 21  days or more before Departure - 40% of Package Cost

Between 20 to 11 days before Departure - 60% of package cost

bookings are done between within 9 or 10 days before Departure - 80% of package cost

​100 % on Tour Starting Day

Rescheduling Charges-  5000/- Per Person

Note- Rescheduling is not possible before 9 days of travel date. 

 above policy will not applicable on non-refundable & 5* hotels.

The above policy will apply to land components only 

Terms And Conditions:

No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher. 

No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis. cancellations are not allowed after rescheduling.  

Refund will be credited to your account within 30 to 45 Days.
